3Account Security and Member Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHMines password, login credentials, verification codes, and registered device access. Never share a one-time password or account password with another person. PHMines support should not need your full password to assist you.

Activity completed through your PHMines account may be treated as authorised until you report suspected misuse. Contact the PHMines support team promptly if your mobile phone is lost, your login details are exposed, an unfamiliar transaction appears, or you believe another person has entered your account.

PHMines may temporarily lock an account when unusual access, repeated failed logins, suspicious payment activity, or possible account sharing is detected. A security restriction is intended to protect the member and does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing.

4Deposits and Account Balances

PHMines accepts deposits in Philippine pesos through supported methods shown in the member payment area. Available options may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Deposits should come from a payment account or card held in the same name as the PHMines member. Third-party deposits may be declined, returned, or placed under review. PHMines is not a bank, and a gaming balance should not be used as a long-term storage facility or payment transfer service.

If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the relevant settlement period, PHMines may void affected selections and return the eligible stake. In a multiple bet, a void selection may be recalculated at neutral odds while the remaining selections continue, depending on the product rules.

9Errors, Interruptions, and Incorrect Results

PHMines works to keep games, odds, balances, and payment information accurate. However, technical faults, communication failures, obvious pricing mistakes, duplicated credits, incorrect settlement, or interrupted game sessions can occur. Members must not knowingly exploit an error.

If a clear PHMines system error affects a wager or balance, the platform may correct the record to the position that would reasonably have applied without the error. This may include voiding an affected wager, reversing a duplicate credit, recalculating a payout, or restoring a valid stake.
